How do I schedule a ride?

When do I have to schedule a ride with Kindred Kares?
Please contact us 24 to 48 hours in advance.
Can an additional rider accompany me?
Yes. If you want a family member or caregiver to accompany you, they are free to do so at no additional cost.
After my appointment or dialysis session, I will still need a ride back home. Will your driver standby after dropping me off to provide me with the return trip later?
In most cases, return trips can be scheduled by the hour. We can pick you up at a predetermined time after your appointment. However, if you are unsure how long your appointment will last, we will leave instructions with the doctor’s office to notify us when you will be ready for pick up. It is best to inform us at least 30 minutes before your desired pick-up time.
I’ve already scheduled a ride, but my appointment was canceled. What do I do?
